Information about returns

Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of purchase! The product must be new and in its original packaging. All shoes must be tried on indoors and should not show any signs of wear. If the original packaging has been damaged, please use appropriate box and postal packaging to return the items to us. Also, please note that the initial shipping cost is non-refundable. All expenses for returning the product will be borne by the consumer. Attention! If the goods are damaged during transportation due to improper packaging, you are responsible for any additional costs. Customers must keep the receipt or proof of payment until the return or exchange is processed, in case the item(s) are lost on the way back to TEONA BO. We reserve the right to refuse your return if it does not meet the conditions mentioned above.

Follow the instructions below to return items through our online returns portal.

  1. Log in to our portal and access the ‘Return Information’ page.
  2. Complete the form below with the following details: Full Name, Phone Number, Email, Product Name.
  3. Take the package to the post office and make sure to keep the proof of postage.
  4. You will receive an email as soon as we receive your return.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
